Requirements for Completion

To successfully complete the Pilates for Rehab Certification, participants must:

  1. Have a Pilates background or healthcare experience

    • Be a certified Pilates instructor or have substantial Pilates teaching experience

    • Healthcare professionals (physical therapists, occupational therapists, etc.) with movement expertise are also eligible

  2. Complete all course content

    • Engage with and learn the full content of all modules and workshops, including lectures, demonstrations, case studies, and supplementary materials

  3. Demonstrate practical knowledge
