Specialized workshop

Pilates for Posture Workshop

Postural alignment is the foundation for virtually every movement in daily life and exercise. Learn to analyze common postural deviations like forward head, rounded shoulders, and pelvic tilt, and design Pilates-based interventions that promote alignment, stability, and fluid motion.

Zeina Asfour-Grifoni, in the studio. From the Synergy+ channel.

Why it matters

Posture is the foundation of every movement.

Alignment shapes strength, balance, and how easily a body moves. When it is off, it shows up as pain, restricted mobility, and inefficient movement patterns — the things clients live with daily and often assume they simply have to.

This workshop is about seeing those patterns and doing something about them: assessing posture with a trained eye, identifying functional imbalances, and building Pilates sequences that restore alignment while supporting core stability and movement quality. Targeted exercise and careful cueing, applied to what you actually find in front of you.

What you'll learn, and what it costs.

Instructors of all levels who want to help clients improve posture, reduce discomfort, move more efficiently, and build a stronger awareness of body mechanics, in private sessions or group classes.
