Your role
What an Instructor Partner does week to week.
As an Instructor Partner, you'll play an active role in teaching, supporting your members, and contributing to a positive community experience.
- Teach one Pilates livestream class per week (Zoom or platform integration)
- Offer 15-minute monthly check-ins to the members you personally bring
- Deliver a high-quality, professional teaching experience
- Engage with students and encourage community participation
- Maintain consistent class scheduling and clear communication with the team
- Invite your own clients, students, and audience to join the membership
- Uphold shared teaching values and community guidelines
- Share occasional feedback to help improve classes and the platform experience
- Provide a short bio and class description for the platform
How the revenue share works
A transparent, recurring revenue-share model.
Synergy+ rewards instructors who help grow the community. You're paid for the members you bring, not just the hours you teach.
Example: bring 15 members at $100/month and your share is $750/month, plus $20 for each livestream class you teach. It continues for as long as your members remain subscribed.

Why we built this
Born on the studio floor, not in a boardroom.
After years of running Synergy+ in California and Switzerland, we noticed instructors wanted to take their teaching global, but the tech was a headache and the existing platforms felt impersonal. So we built a space where you can teach online without the tech stress, be rewarded for the community you build rather than the hours you grind, and keep the real human connection alive, even through a screen. It's a partnership more than a platform, built for instructors who are ready to love what they do all over again.
Happy Body was founded by Zeina Asfour-Grifoni, a Pilates educator and studio owner with over two decades of experience supporting instructors and clients across multiple countries.
