What happens here
Group and private Pilates on the Reformer, Matwork-Springboard and Postural Yoga, at five levels from beginner to advanced. Classes are Qualicert-certified and recognized by Swiss health insurance. One-to-one rehabilitation with Zeina is available whenever you want it. It is simply never a required first step. Your first group class is free.

A short walk up from the lakefront and Piazza Motta, and about ten minutes by car from Locarno. We also see clients from Muralto, Minusio and Losone.
San Rafael, California
What happens here
Private sessions only, one-to-one with Laura Winner, DPT. Pilates-based physical therapy for orthopedic care, sports rehabilitation and recovery from injury. There are no group classes at this studio. Most clients arrive on a referral from a physical therapist, chiropractor, osteopath or doctor. Medicare and cash pay are both accepted.
