Here at Synergy+ we stress the important of continuing healing and strengthening through at-home exercise programs. We understand sometimes it is difficult to remember all of the cues, proper alignment and breathing to ensure a proper and productive exercise session at home without the help from an instructor. This video brings you our favorite exercises and stretches that you can do at home using the foam roller.
