Group Classes

Mixed Level Mat/Springboard: This class is appropriate for the intermediate-level student interested in exploring the Pilates mat repertoire in combination with an introduction to the springboard.  The springboard will be used in this class both to assist and resist many of the classic mat exercises.  This class will start at a basic level and progress throughout the sessions adding more choreography and flow to the class as the exercises and Pilates technique become familiar.

Intermediate Mat/Springboard: If you are looking for a challenge, this class is for you.  The class will assume that the student is familiar and comfortable with the basic Pilates repertoire and introduce the springboard exercises to challenge the classical mat work.  This class focuses on continuity throughout the exercises and the body.  Please note that prior teacher approval/audition is required to sign up for this class.

Reformer Class: Come and join us for this fast-paced reformer class. We will learn beginning through intermediate repertoire on the reformer. Experience whole-body toning, strengthening, and stretching as you increase your expertise with this wonderful piece of equipment.

Pre-Natal Pilates: This class is appropriate throughout a pregnancy that is free of complications.  The class will focus on strengthening pelvic floor muscles, maintaining agility and strength during pregnancy,  and continue abdominal strengthening in preparation for birth.   Modifications for each stage of the pregnancy will be given.

Mommy & Me Post-Natal Pilates: Bring baby along for this class and learn how to return to your pre-baby body Pilates style. The emphasis of the class will be deep abdominal strengthening, pelvic floor strengthening, and postural awareness. You will learn how to entertain your baby while working out!
