Cardio Pilates: Boost your metabolism with this invigorating class! Begin outside with 30 minutes of upbeat cardio exercise, the remaining 30 minutes will be spent inside doing pilates mat exercises.

Mixed Level Mat/Springboard: This class is appropriate for the beginning to intermediate-level student interested in exploring the Pilates mat repertoire in combination with an introduction to the springboard. The springboard will be used in this class to assist many of the classic mat exercises. This class will start at a basic level and progress throughout the sessions adding more choreography and flow to the class as the exercises and Pilates technique become familiar.

Mixed Level Mat Class: Mixed Level Pilates Mat class is appropriate for all students from beginning through advanced. The class will focus on strengthening your core muscles to increase overall body fitness and increase flexibility through the use of classic Pilates exercises and the foam roller. Our goal is to improve posture, balance and coordination in everyday life as well as during recreational activities, work-related activities and sports.

Intermediate Mat/Springboard: Continue to challenge yourself and your muscles in this invigorating class!

Advanced Mat/Springboard: If you are looking for a challenge, this class is for you. The class will assume that the student is familiar and comfortable with the basic Pilates repertoire and introduce the springboard exercises to challenge the classical mat work. This class focuses on continuity throughout the exercises and the body. Please note that prior teacher approval/audition is required to sign up for this class.

Pilates Mat & Props: A series of deep core strengthening exercises on the mat developed by Joseph Pilates. Increases strength, improves posture, balance, flexibility and lengthens the spine.

Reformer Class: Come and join us for this fast-paced reformer class. We will learn beginning through intermediate repertoire on the reformer. Experience whole-body toning, strengthening, and stretching as you increase your expertise with this wonderful piece of equipment.
Friday 12:30-1:20pm – Instructor Maria Ismen
Mommy & Me: Bring Baby along and learn how to return to your pre-baby body, Pilates Style. The emphasis of the class will be deep abdominal strengthening, pelvic floor strengthening, and postural awareness. You will learn how to entertain your baby while working out!

Studio Use/Independent Study
Independent use of the pilates equipment is available by appointment for students who have had a minimum of 10 private sessions and have received instructor approval. A one hour $60 orientation is required prior to beginning.
Studio use fees:
$20/visit, $129/monthly unlimited, and $179/monthly unlimited + unlimited classes

We have reduced our class minimum to only 2 participants!
$150 10-Class Pass available for use now through July 31, 2010. Class pass is valid for all classes except Reformer Class.

Advance Sign up is required for all classes, please call or email to reserve your spot. We have a 2 hour cancellation policy for weekday classes, and 24 hour cancellation policy for Saturday Class. |
